"Aboard the Irish Lass: Lobster Fishing in the Maritimes" (ISBN: 978-0-9732308-4-0) is my first photo book.

This softcover book, measuring 8 inches by 6 inches and totalling 34 pages in length, includes a number of images extracted from my Irish Lass and Sagittarius projects.

Irish Lass and Sagittarius comprise two parts of an on-going personal project documenting the work of two local lobster fishermen. The photographs used in the book were taken over six separate days during the course of a year. The book is done; the project continues.

I hope Aboard the Irish Lass will showcase some of my photography. I also hope it will serve to document one of Atlantic Canada's traditional livelihoods through my eyes, my camera and, most of all, the work of my friends, Terry Sandell and Randy Sandell.
